Body of one of the most talented actors in Nigeria, late Justus Esiri
who died on February 19, will be laid to rest in the third week of
April in his home town, Abraka in Delta State.
According, to the spokesman of the Esiri, Mr. George Esiri, an international photo journalist, the family after the round of consultation, has despatched a delegation to Abraka to conclude arrangement for date and time of the interment.
“As soon as that is done, the family will release details of the programme for everyone to see,” he said, appealing to Media to be patient with the family.

Goldie Harvey for burial today
The remains of late Susan ‘Goldie’ Harvey will be laid to rest today
at the Vaults & Gardens private burial ground located at the Federal
Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) Close, Off Federal Secretariat
Road, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
The family says the burial will commence at 10am today and will be only for close family members and business associates. It will be strictly by invitation.
Goldie was pronounced dead on Valentine’s Day, Thursday, February 14,
2013 after she was rushed to Reddington Hospital, V.I, Lagos, hours
after she returned from Los Angeles where she attended the Grammys.

Auto crash kills eight in Ogun
No fewer than eight persons, yesterday evening, lost their lives in
an auto crash which occurred along Ibadan-Lagos Expressway in Mowe,
Obafemi- Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State.
we gathered that, the accident occurred as a truck driver tried to turn on the highway. A commercial vehicle on a high speed rammed into it.
The commercial space-wagon with eight occupants was reported to be heading to Lagos from Abeokuta.
An eye witness told us that all the eight occupants, including the driver, died on the spot.
The source said that it took the accident rescue team almost an hour, before the corpses of the victims could be retrieved from the wreckage.
